Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.  In most cases, orders are packaged within hours of receiving your order.  Most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days of shipment of order.  Note:  oversized packages, custom orders and items shipped directly from the supplier may take longer.  Some orders may ship signature required. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and may not ship the same day.  The flat rate shipping charges may not cover total shipping expenses.  This event may occur for over sized packages, packages shipping to rural destinations, when orders ship from different locations and on custom orders shipping directly from the artist that personalizes your gift.  Should your purchase fall into one of these situations, and the flat rate shipping does not cover total shipping expenses, then extra fees may apply.  In such a case, we will notify you by email of any surcharges that may apply to such orders prior to shipping and await your approval.

Express shipping delivery will occur on business days. In some cases, upgrade to Saturday delivery will be available for some delivery addresses. Should you desire this upgrade the fee is ususally $15. 

If your order shipped and requires an address correction you may incur a $15 address correction fee per package.  If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address and/or returned to us by refusing delivery both the outgoing and return shipping costs will be incurred by customer.  If the order requires redelivery, there will be an additional shipping charge for redelivery. 


Accepting Over Sized / Freight Truck Deliveries

Over sized orders such as large wine racks, refrigerators, furniture, ect. will ship on pallets / large boxes via freight truck.  Please note: These are residential curbside deliveries only; the driver will not deliver inside the home, unless set up before order ships. Address changes after orders are shipped will incur a change of address and re-destination charge. Freight shipment appointments that are missed will incur a $65+ (rate based upon carrier used) redelivery charge. Freight shipments that are stored due to customers being unavailable for delivery will incur storage fees. If you require the use of a liftgate, please contact us for scheduling / quoting (rate based upon carrier used). 

For upgraded White Glove Delivery Service we bring the item into your home, unpack it, inspect it and dispose of the packaging.  Delivery is by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day.  The charge for white glove delivery service is separate from standard delivery and stair charges will apply for locations with 5 or more steps. 

 Signing/Receiving your shipment:


  1. You must be present to receive and sign for your delivery. (Carriers need at least a 4-hour window for all deliveries)  If you schedule delivery without being present, and it arrives damaged no claims can be filed. Please make sure you are present for accepting your shipment.
  2. Please check how many pieces are listed on the paperwork, which will be listed on the driver’s paperwork. Once piece count is verified, notate any pieces that are short.  
  3. You are responsible for performing a detailed inspection of each carton/skid upon delivery; any damage MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.  
  4. Drivers will wait for you to inspect the inside of each carton; all damage must be notated on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.  Signature on delivery receipt means you are accepting order as is. Please take time to review product for damages prior to signing receipt.
  5. Notate visible damage per above instructions. Notify us within 24hrs of damage.  Keep the original packaging.  This will start the claims process and we will arrange replacement.


Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions are only valid on shipping within the contiguous United States.  Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as, orders shipping to APO / FPO & PO Box Delivery may qualify for free shipping promotions at time of checkout.  Our shipping department will notify you if any additional shipping charges will apply before shipping your order.  Most returned orders that qualilfied for free shipping promotions will be charged for shipping and restocking fees.

Additional shipping charges may occur on some over sized orders and orders shipping to big city / rural destinations. We will contact you once your order is recieved with notifications of extra shipping fees.  You can always email us at for shipping quote requests.


APO / FPO & PO Box Delivery

Most orders may be shipped to APO / FPO and PO Boxes.  Our shipping department will notify you prior to shipping if any surcharges may apply. 


Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Delivery  

Most orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will qualify for flat rate shipping charges.  In the event the shipping collected on order does not cover shipping charges, a surcharge may be applied to order.  We will notify you prior to shipping of such charges and await your approval prior to shipping.


International Orders Option 1 

Wine furniture, wine refrigerators and some orders cannot ship internationally.  Contact us at to see if your order can ship abroad.  Shipping and applicable duty charges are paid by the recipient.  International flat rates generated during checkout may incur additional charges.  Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to international orders.  All sales are final on international orders. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or reciptent is not available to accept delivery will incur both outgoing, return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. 


International Shipping Option 2
